Ready to meet the real you?
Full Picture stitches your health, messages, calendar and location into one behavioral timeline, then shows you the gap between how you think you live and what your data proves. Parsed entirely on your device.
- Stop lying to your journal
- Your HRV knows better
- Memory edits. Data doesn't.
- Receipts, not vibes
- Your diary is fiction
- Your phone kept notes
- Metadata doesn't lie
You are a terrible witness to your own life.
Therapists, habit trackers, journals all run on memory, and memory edits. Meanwhile your phone has been quietly logging the actual footage for years, split across a dozen apps that never talk to each other.
“I've been exhausted lately because work is stressful.”
Over the last 21 days, on nights where you exchanged over 50 messages after 11:30 PM, your deep sleep dropped by 42% and your resting heart rate stayed elevated until 4:00 AM.
Fair questions.
Do you read my messages?
No. Message text is reduced to timestamps, direction, length and a hashed contact ID on your device, then discarded. The words never leave your phone or browser tab.
What if your servers get hacked?
An attacker gets encrypted blobs. They're encrypted with a key derived from your passphrase (Argon2id → AES-256-GCM) that we never receive, so there's nothing readable to steal.
Which apps does it work with?
At launch: Apple Health, Android Health Connect, and WhatsApp/Telegram/iMessage/Instagram exports, plus Google Takeout, Spotify and Strava archives on web. Calendar, coarse location and Open Banking follow.
Is this a medical device?
No. Full Picture surfaces correlations in your own data for self-reflection. It doesn't diagnose or treat anything. Talk to a professional about anything that worries you; now you'll just bring better notes.
